Just Launch It, you agree to these terms and conditions immediately.
3. Unlimited Access Software License with Termination Rights
The Just Launch It software license facilitates the acquisition of Just Launch It boilerplate through
a single purchase, granting purchasers unrestricted and perpetual access to its comprehensive functionality.
Tailored for independent creators, solo entrpreneurs, and small businesses, Just Launch It empowers
users to create complelling webpages and online applications.
THe license enails a straightforward and flexible arrangement and does not include any recurring
fees or subscriptions. However, it is importnat to acknowledge that the licensor reserves the right
to terminate the license at any time, without prior notice, and without conditions or obligations.
This termination provision is to enable to licensor the ability to exercise control over the distribution
of the software and to protect the integrity of the product.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges in any form. All sales
are final.
5. Disclaimer
Just Launch It is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. The licensor does not warrant
that the product will meet your requirements, or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error
free. All express and implied warranties or conditions are excluded and expressly disclaimed.
6. Limitation of Liability
The licensor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential
damages arising out of the use or inability to use Just Launch It, including but not limited to loss
of data, or loss of profit, even if the licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Despite the foregoing, in the event that the licensor is found to be liable, you also agree that
the licensor's liability to you or any third party is limited to the amount you paid for Just Launch
It. You hereby release the licensor from any and all obligations, liabilities, and claims in excess
of this limitation.
7. Responsibilities
You are responsible for the use of Just Launch It and for ensuring that your use complies with all
applicable laws and regulations. You are also responsible for ensuring that your use of Just Launch
It does not infringe the rights of any third party. Just Launch It does not take responsibility for
any use of the product by you or any third party.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Australia and the laws of the State of
Victoria.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
The licensor reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will
be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of Just Launch It constitutes
your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
